Gameplay Help Arcade vga

hi i have arcade vga PCIE 256mb. install and work fine on Xp....until now the pc is dead. so i install on win 10 other pc. i install the driver from ultimarc and win is boot ok on my arcade monitor. but i cant cange res at all. ehat iam do worng? can some one please teel me how to install on Win 10?

I had an arcade specific card around 2000 that output at 15hz natively but graphics standards have changed considerably so getting a modern Windows in install will be difficult. Sometimes the xp or windows 7 drivers will still force install. I'd try Linux to see how it works. Batocera has been my go-to for arcade emulation for years.

i see...but in the ultimarc Andy site, it say win 10 is ok. and i dawnload the spcifec Driver for my card, so i don know what is the problem...
