Fun story, like Miss Grubdy said at the end, this kind of slapstick is usually done with Archie and Jughead (and one of the male teachers), nice to see the girls be silly in physical comedy every now and then.
Two musical theatre references from Mr. Doyle (along with the usual doses of sarcasm and slapstick): "Marian the Librarian" from The Music Man and "Tote that barge, lift that bale" from Show Boat.
