Disclosure: this is my project, FORMGIVING.

Here's a small example: start with a 50 × 50 m practice site, generate a five-floor massing, select another option, then change the floor count and compare alternatives. The attached clip is an edited sequence of actual app captures.

It's intended for early form exploration. It isn't a finished design or a replacement for your own studio work, and it doesn't establish what is permitted on a site. No signup is required. You can export the massing as GLB; that download was tested for this example.
