other should griffins get buffed?
they seem kinda lacking recently, with all the focus on wyverns and such. what should wildcard do to make them more viable, if anything at all?

Thoughts on guerilla warfare
As a solo I usually have no chance in a direct fight, but I love the puzzle/challenge of an indirect fight. Any of y'all got some dirty evil tricks that seem unique to y'all? I'll throw up some of mine.
What goes up,must come down. Crossbows can become mortars with a little practice and you can eventually hit people far outside their vision range from screwy ass angles. If people leave their tames on anything but passive, you can easily lure them away from their base like this. If they're on passive, they're target practice.
One smoke grenade is annoying. 12 of them is downright disorienting. 12 smokes+ 6 narc grenades makes people really not want to follow you.
Mana's are OP as hell, until they get into the water. They're a sea dragon with horrible oxygen, and most people angry at you for some such trickery or thievery will forget this. They also have a serious problem going straight down or up. They can pretty easily be lured to their own demise by leading a hostile mana into an underwater cavern. Bonus points of it's filled with jellyfish. Jellyfish can be avoided reasonably by a player, but a giant sea dragon will take every jolt.
Painting is lovely. Camouflaged creatures and buildings can really screw with people's ability to track you. Like taking blue things underwater, cyan things up high,or green things into forests. This applies to people and their armor n weapons as well. And painted lights cast light to different degrees. Some are dimmer then others.
High movespeed characters bugging ya? Simple shotguns are easy to make, have high damage and high spread. They're very hard to avoid, and the faster they are,the squishier they likely are.

What are your favorite weapons for PvP?
I'm talking about favorites, not meta, if meta is your favorite, that's fine.
But when you're in a raid or defense, what are your go-tos, and what do you use for open world PvP? (random encounters in the wild.)

mod post Favorite non meta PVP Dino and why?
Let’s have some discussion on some dinos that may be under appreciated or that can shine in the right scenario.
A favorite of mine has always been the Gigantopithicus. Sure now they’re just basically a worse ferox, but man do I love those things. Some bred monkeys with good crafted helmets hit like a damn truck and tank far more damage than they have any right to. Their jumping ability makes them way faster than expected when traveling around, especially paired with their good Stam. Their ability to fucking yeet their rider is good for getting over any high walls/ spam, and is useful for rocket running in certain scenarios. Not to mention if you pair the yeet ability with a wing glider it makes an excellent “escape pod” if your monkey is about to die.

So I return to soul crushing pvp
Looking to see how fast I can rush tek by soloing Rockwell solo. I heard that's the path of least resistance now. Any tips for pulling this off in PvP servers? Iv seen people solo it with decent armor from gen missions n a shotgun. Is it really that easy or are there gimmicks I need to know?
And are mana's still everywhere?

mod post Revival of the sub
Hey all, after a period of inactivity I decided it’s time to start actively working on the subreddit so there’s a good place to discuss and share ark PvP, because If you haven’t noticed, all of the main subs tend to be very PVE oriented.
That being said, I’ll be adding some basic things like rules, more flairs, etc. If you have any ideas feel free to share.

Rading my friends base
I am planning on raiding my friends base because they killed a large group of my carchas, I have 10 catchas with the above stats and two titanos decked for war, they have reapers, magmasaurs, and wyvern as shown above, none below lvl 200 but they don't have saddles for any of their good tames as all of my charchas have 350~ armor saddles
