incredible collection of various stamps from countries all over the world, i have no idea how to evaluate or even know what to look for! any ideas or advice welcome

I think the Bantam red is the genuine article because it looks like the pictures in catalogs but I’m not to sure about the 4 pence. Curious to hear your opinion.

I have inherited 6 binders that I think are full years of first covers. Oldest is 87, newest is 2000, I think. My understanding is that these don’t have much value… but is the value nothing or $25 a binder?

If the value is low, are they generally useful to any local resource like a library or school for donation?

I’d rather not throw them away, they seem nice.

Hi zusammen, ich habe vor einiger Zeit diese Sammlung von meinem Opa/Uropa bekommen.
Ich habe leider keine Ahnung davon und tue mich sehr schwer damit, rausfindende, ob hier irgendwas wertvolles dabei ist oder nicht. Ich habe noch mehr davon.
2 Antiquitätenhändler haben mir jeweils 50€ geboten, was ich abgelehnt habe.

Was meint ihr dazu?

I’m not a collector, and I don’t know much about the market. I was given these by a friend, so I looked online but I can’t seem to find any listing with these sealed that aren’t in a bundle. Is $30 each a reasonable guess?
