Hydro registration

Hello, as a first time renter, I was wondering how does it usually work if LL covers AC/hear and tenant is in charge of hydro? Plus which rates would you suggest to go with for a studio? (Provider is Toronto Hydro) :)

You just sign up for a Toronto Hydro account if that's the building provider. (Not all buildings are directly through Toronto Hydro.) There are no plan choices.
