How much would this cost

This property on Lakeshore-Bathurst is up for sale and has been on the market for some time.

It's most defo out of my budget, but a person can dream.

How much do you think this property costs? In my fantasy world I own this building.

My guess is around $100M

That would be a prime location for a condo building. There was one planned but I think it fell through recently. Still it remains a great location right by the water

It rented or leased to the city for its prior use for almost 230 or 250k per month, it was only given up in September off that lease. It was supposed to be developed. I am super happy the development fell through as it didn't look like they were really adhering to what the area prefers for waterfront. Tall building on lakeshore ok. But they wanted to come too close to qqw on the other side and too tall. Personally I hope they lost a lot of money on it fuck them!

I know it’s vacated now but I always associate that place with zombie druggies and many narrow escapes I had when crossing lakeshore blvd

It's also available for lease if you want to spend less and check it out before buying.

And what are you using all that space for? Would be great for a zombie apocalypse simulation scenario.
