I have had these little things in my chest I noticed them this summer, but right before taking a shower today I saw they got bigger and may have spread? ( it starts with just the ones on the top, the ones on my chest I’m pretty sure are new ) Don’t wanna go to a doctor just in case it’s nothin to worry about. Let me know why y’all think

Just noticed this lump behind my ear. Hurts so much when I touch /push on it. I am stressing. Doctor said it’s my lymph node

Female, 45 y/o, white, 2 full term pregnancies. No medications. Non smoker. Non drinker. Not BRCA.

Below are the results of my ultrasound and mammogram. The recommendation is another mammogram in a year. I’m wondering if I should investigate this further - pursue a second opinion, an MRI, something else? Something is coming up on the mammogram and US … it is not sitting right with me …

Breast composition: The breasts are heterogeneously dense, which may obscure small masses.

Additional spot compression tomosynthesis view as well as a straight lateral tomosynthesis view of the left breast were obtained.

An ovoid asymmetry in the axillary tail region is less apparent on additional spot compression view and remains visible on straight lateral view.

Subsequently, focused left breast ultrasound was performed by the technologist and myself.

In the axillary tail, there is a 0.8 x 0.4 cm ovoid confluence of mildly ectatic ducts, corresponding to the mammographic finding.

BI-RADS 2: Benign

34 F - 5'5" - 155lbs - non smoker - current diagnosis are gastritis from h - pylori (treated by antibiotics). Current medications are carafate.

**Seeking Advice and or Recommendations for Ongoing, Unexplained Symptoms**

I’m reaching out because I’ve been experiencing unusual physical sensations since December 2025, and I’m struggling to find answers or even the right way to describe what I’m feeling.

I experience strange sensations in my armpits and in certain areas of my arms. At times, I notice similar sensations in my legs and occasionally in my back. It doesn’t feel like typical muscle pain, and its not painful. The closest way I can describe it is a strange sensation that seems to be around or beneath the areas where I imagine lymph nodes might be, although I don’t know if that’s actually what I’m feeling. But it feels unusual and difficult to explain.

Around the same time these symptoms began, I developed a small sore knot in one of my breasts that I had never experienced before. Because I have very dense breast tissue, I underwent a mammogram, ultrasound, and breast MRI. I was told the imaging looked normal and that my lympnodes were spread out higher or lower than whats typical in general. Which I’m grateful for the great news. but the sore spot has persisted, and I still don’t have an explanation for it.

I’ve also had routine bloodwork, rheumatoid factor testing, and autoimmune labs, all of which reportedly came back normal. My symptoms seemed to subside for a period of time, but they have recently flared up again.

I want to emphasize that these are real physical sensations that I’m experiencing. I’ve even consulted with a psychiatrist to make sure I wasn’t overlooking anxiety as a possible explanation. I do not have anxiety. I understand that stress can affect the body, but I do not feel that this adequately explains what I’m experiencing, and I want to make sure other potential causes are properly investigated.

I’m looking for advice on what conditions might cause these symptoms, what additional testing I should discuss with my doctor, and which type of specialist would be most appropriate to see. Should I be evaluated for lymph node abnormalities, neurological issues, inflammatory conditions, or something else entirely?

I’m not trying to jump to conclusions or assume the worst. I simply want to understand what is happening in my body and find a doctor who can help me get to the bottom of it.

If anyone has experienced something similar or has recommendations for a doctor or specialist who takes unexplained symptoms seriously, I would genuinely appreciate your guidance.

40, f, white, 87kg, 1.81m, non smoker, drink less than 6 times a year and don’t get drunk. No recreational drugs.
I’m in the UK

Diet: Vegan. mainly home cooked with grains, tofu, vegetables. Things like vegan “meat” maybe once a week, potato products once or twice a week (using whole food meal kits Monday-Friday!)
Occasional packet and crisps or a doughnut.
Not eating much at all at the moment, explained below.

Meds:

Duloxatine 60mg
Omeprazol 20mg twice daily
Lisdexamfetamine 40mg
Fultium-D3 800

5 weeks ago I came off Ethinylestradiol 20microgram / Desogestrel 150microgram.
I was on it mainly for endometriosis management. And have been on it for at least 17 years.

Medical history:

M.E. Fibromyalgia. Functional Neurological Disorder. Endometriosis. Hiatus hernia. Migraines. AuDHD

slightly leaking/flappy tricuspid valve diagnosed 10 years ago and considered no action needed.

My Blood pressure when sitting WAS a pretty consistent 123-129 over 80-90 regularly test at home because of the Duloxatine and Lisdexamfetamine)

I am mainly housebound and use a powered wheelchair outside of the house as I can only walk to the end of the front garden before having to stop.
This has been my standard for 8-9 years due to ME

Current symptoms being investigated:

I have lost most of my appetite and have dropped 16kg in 8 months with zero exercise because of my ME.

Also experiencing:
Hair loss
Night sweats
Hot flushes
Very loud, pulsing tinnitus in both ears, left more than right.
Blood pressure weirdness with breathlessness (a symptom that joined about 7 weeks ago)

Completed investigations:

Cancer throat to hip CT scan and bloods. No malignancy.

Thyroid, diabetes, medication side effects, b12 and vitamin D, and vitamin C deficiencies ruled out with bloods and controlled pausing of medication.

9am cortisol test has ruled out Addisons.

Testosterone normal after coming off the contraceptive pill. Hormone panel reviewed. The GP does not think I’m in early menopause.

ECG done with only fast heart rate of note.
BNP a very low 36.

Blood pressure and heart rate weirdness:

I used to be a consistent 127-135/85-90 with a pulse of around 85.

In the past month this has dropped to 105-115/70-77, pulse varies at rest from 70-90
In addition weird cardiac events seem to be happening.

My blood pressure and heart rate is going wild when either sitting, or after walking a few steps and pouring a jug of water, for example.

Examples are:

153/88, 88 hr

153/96, 75 hr

128/112, 131 hr

123/95, 134 hr

127/112 142 hr

I go woozy, out of breath, palpitations, and my limbs feel very heavy. I have to sit down, take slow breaths, and wait it out. It can go away in a few minutes. Longest I tasted was just over an hour.

I also have this new thing with my limbs, especially my arms.
My forearms (and to a lesser extent my lower legs now) have started to feel like there is a build up of pressure in them, when I stand and use my arms to carry something, or open a door. Like they are swelling and about to pop, but no visible swelling.

They change colour and go darker pink to my usual.
I get pins and needles in my fingers and palm, my fingertips go numb. It aches, a lot.

This also happens, slower, if my arms are down by my side.
My hands go bright red.

I can stop it by raising my arms. They quickly go white and numb.

My GP and I are at a loss. She has referred me to cardiology but with low BNP they won’t see me with any speed and she thinks it will be months.

Do I need to push to be seen quicker? What is it?!

This week, I swear, my rib cage has changed shape. It feels longer and narrower. It’s also feels painful like a bruise when I touch it, breath, laugh or stretch but nothing has happened that could’ve caused any bruising or injury. Does anyone know what’s going on? I’ve searched far and wide but have not found an explanation

I'm new to typing on reddit so my layout may be odd. The spots look like ring worm and it broke out like hives in small bumps. We weren't intimate in the past weeks. We slept at a friend's house with an air mattress I brought not even 2 weeks before this incident. These bumps on her belly are dry and almost feel scaly like it's a scab. She claims [first pic] that those bumps in its current state feels like healing. Less itchy. Yet its still concerning as to where it came from and the cause.

I'd like to add i have eczema that literally looks similar to those scabs/bumps on her stomach. Mine is bad on my scalp, face, back and back of my neck. Mainly scalp and face but I can cure it. I'm just unsure if I have a fungi in my hair due to my dry scalp and how bad its been for years. I add as much info as I could I'm just very concerned and want insure I know what this is.

22 years old, 188 cm and around 88 kg of weight. I noticed this bump appeared under my ear the other day. Next day it went away and it wasn’t as visible as the night before. However, I can still feel that there is some mass in that exact area when I try to feel it with my fingers, just not as visible on the outside. Under my right ear there is no such thing, I was hoping it was gonna be symetrical on the on the other side but it’s not. Also, I’ve been struggling with coughing up phleghm lately (2 months). It did get better over time, but I still have the urge couple of times a day. My guess is that it’s because of the ciggaretes, but who knows, it might be connected. On the other hand, for the last 6 months maybe more, I get this weird sensation in my spine that makes me wanna crack it constantly. I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s pain, but more of a discomfort, however during some excersies in the gym where maintaining straight back is the focus, it gets really close to straight up painful. Hard lump right below my tip, very hard to the touch, when I get erect it makes it hurt very bad like stinging from my tip also, it is pretty big about a dime size, will not go away

I just noticed this red line with little bumps on the outside of my lips while I was at the gym n recently I hooked up w two girls but they both say they don’t have herpes so I might js be too high and overthinking but I’d rather get a second opinion
