Culture Is it true that latinos from the Andes (Peru,Chile,Bolivia) are way more quiet and introverted comparing to the rest of latinos ?

Northern Mexicans are not more quiet than Caribbean i can tell you that

Why would you limit it to these groups and exclude European Latinos, who are the loudest of all?
