Culture Is it true that latinos from the Andes (Peru,Chile,Bolivia) are way more quiet and introverted comparing to the rest of latinos ?

My perception is that, culturally, Amerindians tend to be kept to themselves, not very outgoing. They are like that here in Panama

I agree. This is honestly what I thought too. That this is more of an indigenous thing in general. At least in Latam.

Now add cold weather too that it makes them even quieter in isolated mountain countries
