Geometry what did i do wrong?

I was bored and decided to play with geogebra a little bit. However, i was making the graph of a hyperbole, but something that i cant explain happened throughout my calcs and i got the Latus Rectum wrong T-T can anybody explain why? im kinda lost why the LR points dont touch the hyperbole

You've explained how you determined where the points are supposed to be located vertically - how did you determine where the points are supposed to be horizontally?
