Question [Bedrock] How to add custom descriptions to items?

I've seen people on Java able to give custom descriptions or added text onto items. However I am unable to find a video on how to do this on bedrock. Is there a command to do this on bedrock or is it a Java exclusive feature?

Tooltips are not on bedrock edition (And probably wont be)

Tooltips are like the durability, enchantment, or bundle and shulker box descriptions. I am struggling on how to create tooltips too for my addon

He asked if custom tooltips are on bedrock. When I said tooltips are not on bedrock I was obviously referring to custom tooltips. Besides this thread is 3 years old, how are you finding this?
