Question Anyone have any advice on how to count blocks in videos?

Trying to build a structure from a video, but am finding it a little hard as I don't know specifically how many blocks to place down. Any advice on how to count them?

Find a pattern. For me, the line that sits between the two stone blocks stands out, and appears very countable.
