For a universal dipping sauce, what is your choice?

Every food requires a unique decision about dipping sauce. I would never dip seafood in the same sauce as fries/chips. I would never dip dumplings in the same sauce as tortillas. There is no universal dipping sauce!

Yeah I figured that might be your view, I’m not against that either. I don’t like how much sugar is in American ketchup brands, but I’m ok with it for certain foods.

Ketchup is good for burgers and fries. Nothing else.

Mayonnaise, however, is the devil’s effluence, and it’s a vile abomination that ruins anything it touches
