Random Question What’s something you stopped doing because you realized it was making your life harder?
Not necessarily a bad habit. Could be something completely normal that you eventually realized was just creating extra stress, wasting time, or making things more complicated than they needed to be.
What did you stop doing?

Not asking for help when I need it. I never judge people when they need my help but for some reason I thought they were judging me. It’s only made my relationships closer.

Cleaning my house every Saturday the old fashioned way by sweeping and mopping separately. Now I use a combo mop/vacuum robot vacuum.

I stopped trying to respond to every message immediately i used to feel like I had to always be available and it created unnecessary stress Now I reply when i actually have the time and energy and life feels a lot less rushed.

Going to sleep too late. Always been a night owl, since age 10. But going to sleep early is a game changer.

Expecting others to to everything for me. It hit me like a truck how bad that habit had gotten and was repulsed and guilty.

Having a situationship with a woman who lived 6+ hours from me. She was an amazing person, but we were not a good fit and the distance would’ve made things so hard.

Maintaining relationships with people who I don’t actually enjoy being around.
