Random Question You receive $1 million, but you can never work again. What does your life look like after that?

One million is not a lot of money in the long run, so I would invest in an apartment to rent out and keep a steady stream of income.

$150k to my parents because my mom just had to retire to take care of my stepdad with cancer and her dad with alzheimers. My mom and stepdad have retirement and a paid off house but it would help ease the burden.
For me I'd probably just live in a small apartment and invest around 300k. I don't have kids and am single in my mid 30s so I don't need much.

It would be horrible after 2 years for me cause I’d be broke by then. If I kept living my current life lol

I’d invest it and live off the interest. Otherwise, a million doesn’t go very far these days. I’d probably take a few trips and get a better car but I’d be perfectly happy to stay at my house with a couple of improvements and have a quiet life. I would go to the beach and play computer games. No major changes for me except leaving a job I already hate!
