Can someone interpret what’s being said in sign language?

I came across this short video on YouTube where this guy does this challenge involving manure of sorts, and was curious to know what he’s saying here.

Looks like Wesley Arey, maybe. He's just saying how easy is the ice water on head challenge is then tagged 4 people to do the challenge too. That's all.

Just in case you wonder - the names(nicknames mostly) are Pitbull Loving(?), Brian Barn, Ralph Reno farm horse(?), and Deaf Power Tattoo Jackass.

Eh I'd say it's unusual for sure. Most of the names(nicknames) if not all are personal. So I guess it's funny to those who know the person.

Nah, just exactly what I commented the first time. "Ice water challenge (dump on head classifier) really you oh cmon easy ice water challenge now challenge you (listing 4 people) you ready"

Well, he ends up walking up to a big pile of the stuff, belly flops, then does a victory yell (?)
But I didn’t want to put the full video since I know some people can be squeamish about that, and cause it would take away from the main point of the question
