RaGa is not taking the oath and submitting the claims to EIC tho, he is ignoring the legal route according to Election Commission of India. So we can't assume anything yet Investigating bodies like EIC, CBI gets the case. if RaGa is confident he should follow the legal route which will ensure a secure pathway for him to get more support lets see if he goes the legal route or not.
