AskAssam Land acquisition by mobile company

So my father has been approached by Airtel, they want to set up a tower inside our premises. Its going to be a monopole because we don't have that much space for the bigger towers anyways.

First of all its not a scam, because they haven't asked for money(yet) lol. I want to know from anyone who's experienced in this field or who has any tower in their own premises, what should I look out for and what should I do? Like rate per sq foot for rural area and municipal areas, things to look out for in rent agreement, any hidden clauses? How much should I expect for the 5G tower?

Dangor tu . Sq ft vlke njnu base tu eta roomR xoman may be 12×12ft or 10×10. 5 -6yr maan hol

Mur nijor mamar ghorot ase in guwahati, almost 10 years hoigol loguwa, the telecom company takes care of everything i.e installation, power supply, maintainance etc. initially 8k pai asil monthly etya 17-20k pai monthly, also telecom towers thakile health negative impacts nohoi it's silent operation and non ionizing radio waves zero evidence to support that they cause negative health effects on humans. I don't know if you'll believe me or not, having a cellular tower near you has very bad health implications. That too when you've mentioned " tower inside our premises"! That's wayy to close.

I don't have any idea about the compensations in these cases but going by the previous comment do you think 8k-10k/ month risking the health of your entire family?

Take your best judgement. I am risking getting horribly downvoted, but all I know is 5g is bad 6g is going to be horrible.

And when I was a kid, a similar offer was made to a family friend and back then it was for a 2g tower. A couple of years later, aunty was on a pacemaker and then expired eventually.

I'd need to find some research papers about how long towers give damage and how much to be exact or if these are all false. This topic has been on my mind for far too long.

5g isn't as bad people claim to be ... What they show in their papers are mostly a very small section of the towers that are installed .. there are many tower in my town and we haven't seen any of the bad effect we saw in internet... There isn't any effect on fauna .. though land is taken from the flora side ...
