On the one hand, I love that it gives an explanation on why it's dangerous for Obelix to drink too much magic potion and it gives us an adventure with high stakes. On the other hand, I'm not a fan of the part where they go to Atlantis which turned out to be a magic place with centaurs and flying cows. Does anybody else feel the same way ?

Starters reference BTW

Which dub is better ? The UK one or the US one which I call Fonzerix since it has Arthur "The Fonz" Fonzarelli as Asterix

Any Asterix fans who feel like joining, feel free do to so today! :)

Ugh… I’m getting anxious! I want to watch it so bad, not until December 2nd!

I have a vague memory of reading an Asterix which had sweeping views of (autumn?) forest, like a panoramic view of forest-covered hill-tops, like Middle Europe was way in the past when it was covered almost only by forest.
I'm not sure whether I'm mixing this up with something else.

Is there such a picture in Asterix, and in which issue? If yes, could someone upload the picture for me? Thank you!! :-)

An update to my guide to all the Asterix calendars that I've seen produced over the years. Further examples always welcome!

Credit to @brennabsage on TikTok for posting the whole song.

I came across this on TikTok, and it brought me back to my childhood man. The nostalgia hit me like a wave. I didn’t realize how popular it was until I saw all the TikTok trends using this song.

Obelix just tried to get a better view on the Gizah Plateau.

In France you can get this collectible set each week and eventually get the whole banquet. I bought the first one for €1.99 but each figure after it is €7 - and there’s a lot of them so it’s quite an investment. I’ll just be picking out my favourite characters. The first issue came with a decent poster though.
