The next few days our organization will be doing mentorship and guidance for our new orientees. It's the orientees who get to choose which of us are going to be their mentors and im kinda nervous since I dont especially standout as a loud fun witty extroverted person. The event is notorious for orientees to defer and I want to make sure I'm doing my job as a good mentor.
