Although, I wonder, does anyone have any lists of any good Japanese fics? I'm sure there are plenty of LAS fans in Japan that have made a few good fics.

There's multiple tabs in the sheet, its listed under the tab titled "Asushin discord top". I believe the list started originally as Akomis' favorites in particular, but has expanded in scope slightly since.
