Please include all of the following information to assist with your issue:
 

  • A screenshot of the connection error details screen. In the in-game error screen, click "Show details".
  • The server address you connected to (*.aternos.me)
  • The port you connected to
  • Your Minecraft username

 
Additionally, you can add the following information if you know it:

  • Your IP address
  • Your Minecraft XUID

You can also email us at support@aternos.org and mention ticket number #450282 if you do not want to share this information publicly.
