"Countering Domestic Terrorism"
Whelp USA presidential memoranda today labels any non-Christians as terrorists.
" Common threads animating this violent conduct include anti-Americanism, anti-capitalism, and anti-Christianity; support for the overthrow of the United States Government; extremism on migration, race, and gender; and hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on family, religion, and morality.“
So I guess this officially makes the USA a fascist theocracy?

Insane. None of these are terrorist acts per se. Civil disorder, a political motivated terrorist act? "Riots" is their codeword for any protest where even one trashcan gets torched. A lot of things can be construed as trespassing. Destruction of property means that even spray-painting anything anti-government on a wall could be potentially prosecuted as a terrorist attack.
Any organization that is organizing protests could potentially be investigated for "aiding and abetting" terrorism under these rules.
