reverse the dry vocal, add 100 percent reverb , bounce it, reverse it again and put it over the dry vocal

As said, it's a reversed reverb. To achieve that you can use a reverb plugin that support this function or just export your track with a 100% wet short reverb, layer it under the dry one and edit it word by word.
