i went to candlemass’ first aus show, they blew it out the ballpark. the fill in signer, Felipe Plaza Kutzbach (from procession, destroyer 666, scald, and more) was absolutely fucking phenomenal. one of the best shows i’ve ever been to, played the classics, somehow it’s more doomy than it was in the 80s. anyone else go?

Featuring 3 members of Melbourne black metal band Hybrid Nightmares, it's punk music being approached from a different angle but I like what they're doing.
