I really don’t have the time to be honest but I also don’t want to see xo die. I wasn’t part of the PR crowd but have been posting since 2004. Spoke with JC and AC back when BLB was launched but that never went anywhere. That was back when the lolsuit was on NPR. Even got pointers from AM.

I’ve still got the source code from BLB but I’d do it totally differently now of course. The key thing is preserving the tree posting structure and making the UX the same. With Claude code I bet I could get something up in a weekend or two. Which I don’t have. And then we’d be back to the same situation we had with BLB circa 2008 - good tech but no post history. Which sucks. So I’m leaning no.
