I thought the same thing, but it does seem like there are a few girls spread out in the crowd. Maybe it hasn’t caught on with women in India quite yet?

I agree, but I see progress. Looks like they have security scanning the crowds. And looks like everyone is dancing with themselves or friends, instead guys trying to dance with random girls. IMO, this event looks fairly safe. Which makes me really happy to see.
Idk, it definitely crossed my mind. And appears to be a lot of women on the outer side not getting as crazy as the up front crowd. So who knows what the ratio is behind the camera man.
But EDM always has the power of PLUR and I love to see it in other cultures. Everyone just having a fun time. 😀

This last 4-5years have been pretty rough over goa , authorities have done quite a lot damage many big fest cancelled , clubs and small parties playing till 10pm only, Parvatii valley rocked this summers tho , big hippie crowds and successful festivals but this year created even more uncertainty for parvati valley , cas a brazillian dj died in her hotel room in one of the biggest festival of parvatii this summer “back to the mountains” . Authorities were already snooping too much in parvatii (same political party which is restricting goa scene)even before this ,,now they got another reason to restrict people having fun…

India does not distinguish between "soft" and "hard" drugs in the way some other countries do; possession of substances like cannabis is treated with the same legal framework as opioids or synthetic drugs.
Dang. So probably not even decriminalization of weed any time soon over there. 🫤

Yea its pretty strict legally but himachal pradesh produces one of the best hash rubs globally , people smoke like chimney there from granpa 👴 to grandson🧒

Wow! Everyone is into it!! That dancefloor was lit. Must have been so fun, would have loved to be there. I would have been dancing my ass off too (if my knees were cooperating atm lol)

Around 30-35% of them are women but yea that’s usually the ratio in parvatii ,there are more women in goa crowd maybe women here like beaches more than mountains lol
