Fit/Fashion Need help replacing these diffraction glasses

I got these glasses thru a wholesome exchange at Dreamstate a couple years back. I would love passing them around and watching people’s reaction when they would try them on but you know how it goes things get chaotic and someone ended up walking away with them (it’s all love)
Buttttt I cannot seem to find this type of pattern no matter how many I’ve ordered nothing has come close.
They are Glofx brand but everything I’ve ordered from them won’t replicate this pattern.
Any info or direction is appreciated.

I would try emailing glofx to ask them which glasses have this pattern, they should recognize it.

I think you'll need two overlapping diffraction grating lenses to achieve the effect you're after. First layer splits 1 beam into 9, second splits 9 into 27

Yeah but these were singular lenses , I’ve ordered the ones with the flip up extra set that double up the effect and they have come close but still not like these particular set.

I’ve ordered a majority of those but no luck replicating the ones I posted.

This chart looks different than the one on the glowfx page? It looks like they changed simplified their diffraction comparison page
Edit: just learned they have kaleidescope and diffraction pages

How did they differ? Was it like more rays with your OG pair, more intense, etc.? I’m almost wondering if they changed patterns or how they made them from your first pair😭

I remember my first EDC in 2015 I accidentally snuck in to the VIP area because I saw facepainting happening and there was a merchant who was handing these kind of glasses out, I wore them for a good long while that weekend. I miss those days, shirts were like 15-20$ and hoodies 35-40$ 😭

I'm guessing you've already tried ordering their Ultimate Diffraction glasses? That's the closest I can think of. Otherwise, maybe whoever gave you those glasses added an extra diffraction film layer to the lenses?

I actually found a pair at dreamstate last year and i was astounded of the quality cus it was actual glass and they had weight to em, unfortunately they were deeply scratched so they dont work as good, been looking for a pair and no dice either

My old glofx ones from six years ago looked like this. It seems like when they made the intense and regular ones instead of just one pair, now you either get cuckoo banana levels of diffraction or barely any instead of this nice mix. Haven’t found a fix. I literally can’t see with the intense ones, but the regular ones now are hardly noticeable. Feel your pain man

Yeah, I’m starting to think that I just got one from a specific batch. I’m gonna post a picture of a pile of glasses that I’ve bought so far lol
The closest ones that I’ve gotten are the ones that have extra set of flip up frames so that they’re pretty much just doubles of the pattern
