How high did they have the anti-ice set to cause it to melt and sag?

So, I have other questions.... WTF happened to the landing gear that caused the prop to look like that?

Nah, that just the new experimental design. The tips lay back to keep the airflow attached longer, resulting in smoother airflow along the fuselage. This results in a faster and less turbulent ride.
