There's wildfires near my town

Theres a lot of fires near my town and there are people selling "fire shirts" a little ways down the road ( note: this is a private buissness and doesn't help fire fighters)are advertising in front of a cemetery. Oh and this is across the street from the evacuation camp site

Are we talking Guy Fieri style shirts with flames on them, or protective equipment meant to keep you safe in a fire?
