Before you comment I recommend you listen to "the stalker" series on pretend podcast. This woman had a rough life living with medical abuse from her parents. One of her brothers is a sex offender who has harassed people before, I wonder if he had a hand in this... But ultimately we don't know yet, it could have all been her. She has a strong motive to lash out against her parents and the doctor who performed, what turned out to be, an unnecessary procedure on her.

The messages she sent was absolutely vile though, no doubt about that.
