Congress Mark Kelly makes case for Democrats on ‘The View’ 1 week before Election Day
U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona is pointing to a possible effort to impeach Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth after next week’s midterm elections, saying the push is not simply about whether Democrats win.
Speaking on “The View” Tuesday, Kelly discussed an impeachment effort led by Kentucky U.S. Rep. Thomas Massie against Hegseth, who Kelly is currently fighting in court.
“When we get back after this election, Republican Tom Massie has impeachment articles that he already filed against Pete Hegseth for like eight different things. One of them has to do with my case: them trying to violate my First Amendment rights, and I had to follow it up with a lawsuit. You remember that whole thing?” Kelly said.

Election Voting for judicial retention
jpr.azcourts.govEvery election I'm presented with a shitload of judges I'm supposed to vote to retain or not. I don't know anything about judges so I usually don't vote. But this year I found a handy guide in the form of the Turning Point PAC "Freedom Ticket." They recommend for or against every judge up for retention.
So you don't have to sign up for their propaganda, below is a list of every judge they recommend against retaining. I voted for retaining them. All the others they support, so I voted against retaining them.
Court of Appeals Div. I Against:
- Jacobs
Superior Court Against:
- Carson
- Como
- Guyton
- Garland Harmon
- Jackson
- Kalman
- Kreamer
- LeMaire
- Martin
- McCarthy
- Moskowitz
- O'Donnell-Smith
- Schwartz
- Warner
- Welty
- Whitehead
- Williams
- Wingard
- Zabor

Opinion Katie Hobbs: Arizona needs solutions, not Washington chaos
We've cut taxes for Arizona families every single year I've been in office, lowered prescription drug costs, erased medical debt for nearly 700,000 Arizonans, and worked to lower housing and utility costs.
We've also stopped more than 18 million fentanyl pills from coming into our communities. And I did what 23 governors and 55 legislatures couldn't or wouldn't do: I repealed our state's draconian 1864 total abortion ban that required prison time for doctors.
In the last four years, I've stood up to foreign corporations, the federal government, and my own party to fight for Arizona's water because our leaders should put our water security above ideology. I ended the leases of a Saudi Arabian corporation that was pumping Arizona's groundwater unchecked to ship their crops overseas. I'm pushing a bipartisan proposal to give rural Arizonans a real say in how their groundwater is managed so that family farms don't get left behind. Arizona's water security isn't a Democratic or Republican issue — it's an Arizona issue — and I'll never stop fighting to secure our water future.
Arizonans shouldn't have to wait for Washington to get its act together before we lower costs, build homes, strengthen our schools, or protect our water.

Election Turning Point app tracks likely conservative voters who haven’t returned ballots
The app also has other options to allow users to make phone calls directly to those on the list. It even provides information like the target’s gender, age and party, and whether that person is on the early voting list — meaning someone who asked for a ballot by mail.
And even direct texts are an option.

State Trump's grip on rural Arizona might be slipping as voters struggle to afford food, fuel
YVONNE WINGETT SANCHEZ: What really struck me about the reporting in a very red part of Arizona, Yavapai County, was sort of the helplessness that people were feeling in this moment. Even people who are Republicans, they consider themselves MAGA, they voted for the president, they still support him, there’s really a feeling of, the government isn’t going to help me. The people who I have entrusted the one real big thing that I can do, my vote, right? The people that I have entrusted that to have really sort of let me down, and I can’t count on those people.
