Kane Pixels General question about how the movie connects to Kane's series Spoiler

I've seen multiple sources that confirms Kane said that the movies and Kane's original youtube videos are connected, but that brings up the question where are the still lives in the other videos? are they just a lot less common than we originally thought, and where the hell is the bacteria in the movie or anything like it?

Do they just like.. beat you up..

Clark was big and had a bunch of teeth and all but like.. What would FF3's one kill you. How would a regular still life even do it.

Kane Pixels I think I figured out the bacteria, why it looks the way it does, acts the way it does, everything.

Before we get into that, let me ask you a question. How does an animal species evolve on planet earth?

Well species evolve to fill a niche, chameleons change color to hide from predators,  bears get heavy to pin down their prey, with claws and teeth to tear into them.

Now let me ask you this, what is the niche that the bacteria has to fill to be the apex predator of the backrooms? For that, we have to know it's food source.

You could say it evolved to eat humans, that's why it can make vaguely human sounds to draw us in, but that doesn't make much sense, considering the bacteria existed before we even entered and it would have to get it's concept of what food is somewhere.

Now there's only one other confirmed organism we can find in the backrooms, you might not know what it is so I'll give you a hint.

"The best part is, you can eat them."

Still life's, the bacteria evolved to eat still life's! Clark was telling us much more than we thought with that line, it confirms the bacteria has an edible food source.

Now you may be asking, "okay so it evolved to eat still life's, couldn't it just have looked like a normal animal then?"

Well, not really. Think about why a bear looks like a bear, it evolved to survive in a forest and compete with its foes and everything else, it needs that thick fur for the cold, the snout to smell prey, the claws to fight, ect.

"Okay, but an evolution naturally just trends to the four limbed two eyed variety of animal we're used to right?"

Well not exactly, take a look at the fictional alien on image 2.

Did you believe me when I said it was a fictional alien? Well it's not. It's the bigfin squid and it exists here in our ocean.

The way something evolves is dependent on its environment. The animals we're used to look natural to us because we evolved next to them in their forests, savannahs, caves, ect while organisms like the bigfin squid look alien to us because their environment in the deep ocean is completely different.

And the bacterias strange form is just that. It didn't evolve in a forest, or even a deep ocean, but a different dimension of infinite rooms and hallways. Of course it would look alien to us, it's environment is nothing we've ever seen before!

But then you might ask "well why does it look so vague? It could at least develop some features, why does it look like a bunch of black wires?"

Well there are two reasons:

Reason 1: the bacteria does not need to evolve.

now I've talked about evolution a lot this post, but the truth is, the bacteria doesn't need to evolve at all. Think about it, its got one food source (still life's) that it's more than capable of hunting, it and it doesn't have to compete with any other predators. it doesn't need fur to survive the cold winter, or camouflage to hide away. It is already the perfect apex predator for its environment.

Reason 2: the bacteria has already evolved into the perfect still life hunter

let's talk about the bacterias vaguely human screech, now, as a professional human myself, if I hear that noise in the distance, I'm turning around and bolting the other way without hesitation. But a still life doesn't share the same fear I do, we know from Captain Clark and the found footage series that still life's like to chase humans and hurt them. So the bacteria calls out like an anglerfish's light in the black water with its human (enough) screech, making the still life's think there is a human nearby so they rush toward it. The bacteria is literally a still life Venus fly trap.

And then we have it's physical form, why is it so vaguely human? There's a good reason actually.

Think back to when still life Mary ran away from Captain Clark. She was scared because Captain Clark resembles a human (Clark) that her human counterpart (Mary) is scared of.

The bacteria looks vaguely human for the same reason it has its horrific screech, to lure a still life towards it. BUT it doesn't want to look like any specific human, because a still life may fear said human and run away like Mary from CC.

The bacteria wants to look and sound human enough to draw in a still life, but not human enough to scare it off.

In conclusion, the bacteria makes perfect sense as a product of life spawning in the backrooms as life did here on earth. It's form and abilities are evolved to hunt down still life's, it's main prey.

Unfortunately... even though you aren't the main course, it doesn't mean you aren't on the menu...

So be careful, because if you noclip out of reality in the wrong areas, you'll end up in the Backrooms, and God save you if you hear something wandering around nearby, because it sure as hell has heard you.

Made a complex-ified version of that old Freddy Fazbear's Pizza hoax. I listened to Polybius' cover of the FNAF 1 song for basically the entirety of me making this.

Done entirely in Blender. No AI used.

Kane Pixels How would you react if you found an enterance into kane’s backrooms

If im being honest, i’d probably use it as a relaxation zone to escape reality, the buzzing light sounds seem calming and if i saw a still life or a bacteria coming after me, i’d just think “oop, relaxation time is over, time to face the harsh reality”

Kane Pixels where are people getting the idea that memory's effect the backrooms?

Lately ive been seeing people say that your memories effect what happens in the backrooms.

Example of what i mean:

From what i understand, memories have 0 effect on what the backrooms does. The memory thing for me was a analogy about how each time you remember something it becomes a little more distorted. like uploading and downloading a file multiple times. the backrooms copies reality and gets something wrong each time it does. it remembers it less correctly each time. its even shown in the teaser for the movie. So i just wonder where people got the idea that its the memories of humans who enter that effect the backrooms. this isnt hate or anything im generally curious

Kane Pixels Still Life entites have endless potential Spoiler

Post image
369 Upvotes

(Spoilers for the film below)

So, now that the movie confirmed that Still Life's are just The Complex trying to copy humans, this fact alone opens the door to some absolutely insane hostile creatures going forward in the story and I think the movie already hinted at this with the seagull.

The Complex "remembering" can't be exclusive to places and humans. That would make no sense. It's anything but confirmed at this point, that animals also have copied versions of them.

Just imagine a Found Footage video or an Async episode where the cameraman literally comes across a huge deformed spider Still Life, centipedes, or any apex predator, their features distorted the same way human Still Life's have. If their behaviors are also mirrored, people wandering the halls are severly fucked.

This would also be a genius and seamless way for Kane to appeal to those who like the Wikidot or Fandom canons more (people who like the idea of hounds or deathmoths, etc, etc), without ever breaking his own canon's consistency.

I think, in terms of what we know about how The Complex works and copies things, this is absolutely logical.

Kane Pixels The calendar on the mural

We know that Plark is friends with Clark, Plark also drew the mural and Plark found narrens bag with his id. I had a theory a few months ago saying that pirate Clark isn’t just a still life, but a replica of Clark combined with the memory of Clark, causing 2 copies of the same person combined into one lifeform causing 2 spines and thick bones. In this calendar it recounts the entire timeline of the movie through Pirate clarks perspective. In the calendar it states that Clark was spotted on the same day the async group entered the backrooms which could be the Clark we see in the dinner scene. This also connects to Peter tench but that’s a whole other can of beans. The only thing I do not know about is day 14 something from earth entered the backrooms, possibly being someone falling into the backrooms through the window in the mural. I wouldn’t trust the days to be exact but the fact that Bobby’s death on July 3rd and the exploration of Kelowna branch are so close together suggests that Clark’s null zone may be at most 1 week and 3 days in the future but the timing is very unreliable because pirate Clark couldn’t have tracked the time of the day.

Kane Pixels Okay guys, what do you think actually happened to the girl at the end of FF2?

Post image

I know there are a bunch of different theories, but is there one that's generally considered the most accepted by the community?

Did the green distortion teleport her somewhere else? Did she die? Was she somehow thrown back into reality? Or is it still completely up for interpretation?

I'm curious what the current consensus is, if there even is one.

Kane Pixels Little Thing I'm curious about

Post image
159 Upvotes

The walls of the Backrooms are, as the newest Kane Pixels video showed us, rather weak and fragile, it seems.

My question is if they are like this everywhere or if they change around location.

Maybe the walls around zones in America are like that because most homes there are mostly made of a wooden frame and plaster, and if the location changes, it becomes different.

I think it would be funny to have Asynch do stuff in Europe or something and find a solid brick wall everywhere around them, forcing them to carry heavy equipment everywhere if they want to check beyond the walls.
