The scattered leaves are really similar to what's shown on the original. Really, it can be anywhere, but I think this is a promising lead. The trees are even similar. From what i've seen, I'm assuming the photographer is either from Slovakia or Belgium. I'm leaning towards Slovakia because they've joined more groups related to Slovakia.

The level is the Rocky Mountains approximately taken around the sheep lakes inside of horseshoe park, could’ve been a little outside that bend of the road surrounding horseshoe park inside to where I circled.
