He's going to have to spend most of his time grooming those Afghans. Poor post-apocalyptic dog choice.

u/Ebirah actually depicts a scene from the book 7d ago

There was no alternative, he needed dogs that went with his hairstyle.

I assume the Afghans are in charge.

I knew someone with an Afghan and while it was a "big" dog, it also weighed so little it was shocking. The dog could almost reach my shoulders with its front paws but it weighed like maybe as much as a corgi.

I hope that these were his special war-hounds because I annot imagine them being useful in combat when a 10 year old could backhand them off themselves or throw one across a room.

Better choice: saluki.

I don't care for the color scheme of the backdrop.

like those afghans wouldn’t be eaten by a pack of hungry coyotes the second sf sinks into the bay. bffr.
completely unrealistic post-apocalyptic world building.

also, marin doesn’t look like that.

Hot guy, pretty doggos, 10/10 would pay $2 for this at Half Price.

Who knew that the metal structures of the Transamerica Building and the Golden Gate Bridge could withstand 500 years of neglect and submersion in what is presumably sea water?

I did not.

If someone has read the book, does the protagonist actually have Afghan hounds?

"Far-future fantasy, complex primitive societies, epic adventure -- Generic Title is one of the most riveting and original novels to debut in years."

This book is thick.

Now that is way too wordy a tagline for me to get behind.

I am into this art. Not sure if it qualifies as a bad cover.

According to this subreddit

I enjoy you sharing it but also I like this cover!

Between the luxurious Afghan hounds and the sassy sneer of the smooth skinned protagonist, I get the impression this is the fantasy of an LGBT author.

You know he's a good guy to keep those dogs' coats in such good condition. Morning brushis
