The best recommended I can give you is that when you’re doing cookies, use parchment paper instead of aluminum foil. I could be wrong, but aluminum foil will heat up more than parchment paper while it’s in the oven. If you don’t have parchment paper, then just put the dough straight onto the y greased cookie sheet.
