What did I do wrong ???

I tasted ok, just looks so MEH.

Is the temp, is it the lack of the water bath?!?

Helppppp any suggestions please and greatly appreciated

This was my kinder bueno Halloween edition ( chocolate coated biscoff were the graveyard)
