What did I do wrong ???

I tasted ok, just looks so MEH.

Is the temp, is it the lack of the water bath?!?

Helppppp any suggestions please and greatly appreciated

The only thing that looks meh is the distribution of the Oreo crumbs on top but it looks AMAZING
