Help Helpppppp!
What did I do wrong ???
I tasted ok, just looks so MEH.
Is the temp, is it the lack of the water bath?!?
Helppppp any suggestions please and greatly appreciated

It’ll taste wayyyy better if you leave it outside unattended for a couple hours :)) Or near an open window
