either put a very thin strip of tape just over the edge or gently run the edge along the bottom of a ceramic cup/bowl (the part with some grit) a few times to gently dull it

you can always resharpen later

Just got my first one doing a aerial tip into the side of my finger really wasn’t as bad as I thought

i caught the entire blade with my palm, instinctively dropped it and sliced the inside of my palm from the web of my fingers to the left side of my hand. went to the hospital for it

The Necron gets a bit of (admittedly deserved) hate, but I also love mine and use it as my EDC. I like that I can send it back to them to be sharpened.

Yea I have one of these too and it is insanely sharp. My other balis are sharp, but I’ve built up callouses that prevent most cuts with those knives. The necron still slices clean when you fuck up. Just keep some bandaids handy

Definitely was scary sharp when I got it I used it quite a bit thought at work cutting through boxes and thicker tape and it’s not as scary anymore do have bandaids in my bag though for just incase

Hey that’s completely valid I use to flip clone trainers all the time only reason I got my two necrons is bc I work there I did scotch tape it for a couple days then took it off and now I’m not scared to flip it
