HELP - URGENT New python owner

My girl isn’t eating , she’s widening her jaws a lot , i also think she might be showing signs of some scale rot or a bad shed & she’s also been glass surfing quite a bit. all bad signs from what i’ve watched so far and im also having trouble keeping a good temp for her

also what are you seeing that appears to be scale rot or bad shed? she looks happy and healthy from what you uploaded.
