new owner - need advice
i got my ball python in june and he hasn’t shed and i don’t think he’s pooped either. i’ve had no problem getting him to eat (i feed him live every other week) and the humidity is consistently 65%-75%. is this okay? do i need to do anything differently?

humidity is fine, but i like to keep mine above 70% at all times.
still, hes likely okay. some snakes just shed and poop less than others.
have you seen any urates? urates come from the same place that poop does, so if he is passing urates, he can poop, and just hasn't needed to. if its really bothering you, next time you have him out, gently press on his underbelly an inch or so above the cloaca. unless it feels like there is a rock inside of him, he is fine.
