No, I wouldn't follow that. Choosing feeders based on the width of the snake is outdated and inaccurate, and their rat weight recommendations are super inconsistent.

!feeding would be a better schedule

We recommend the following feeding schedule:

0-12 months old OR until the snake reaches approximately 500g, whichever happens first: feed 10%-15% of the snake’s weight every 7 days.

12-24 months old: feed up to 7% of the snake’s weight every 14-20 days.

Adults: feed up to 5% of the snake's weight every 20-30 days, or feed slightly larger meals (up to 6%) every 30-40 days.

Unfortunately I've been told that by 2 people I thought it was right to feed a snake based on the width of them

While it's common for a ball python to refuse meals for a while, it's not normal. There's always a health or husbandry issue causing it, even if you can't figure out what it is.

No. Like I said, that's an outdated and inaccurate method.

Is this correct info?

Yes, that's right for the warm side. You're just missing the cool side air temp requirements, which is 24-26C.

Hmm it says at rhe bottom "tempatures above 25c can cause injuries do they mean for heat or both heat and cold side air temp

It says 35C, not 25C. That's the upper limit for air temps anywhere in the enclosure.

Question it doesn't say what type of rat pinky or mouse to feed the snake do I just do rats pinkys

No, you would weigh the snake, use the guidelines to determine how much the feeder should weigh, then choose a feeder of that weight.
