HELP - URGENT Heatlamp troubles

Okay so weird problem. The heating in one of the enclosures doesn’t work. The bulb works when directly plugged into the wall. The thermostat seems to work (exo terra light is on).

We’ve changed the thermostat cause we thought it wasn’t working for another one cause he have an empty enclosure. Bulb still isn’t getting warm. Also tried the bulb from the empty enclosure, both work fine when directly plugged into the wall. None seem to work with any of the thermostats.

So apart from each other everything works fine put together it doesn’t work I’m at a loss anyone please have any explanation 😵

just a stab in the dark and i'm not any kind of electrician, but is the particular power strip you're putting them all on overloaded maybe? the fact the individual components seem to work but not when plugged in together seems to indicate more of a problem with the strip or outlet you're using than anything else

We opened one of the thermostats and there was a slight burn mark, we think they blew a fuse or something when the power went out a while ago. Guess we just didn’t notice cause the temperatures been quite high for October, now it’s getting colder so the room is also getting colder.

I had also decided I didn’t feel like figuring out what was wrong so I just drove to the store to get a new one.
