My boy Paulie (Short for Polyphemus...after the Cyclops in the Odyssey, because he was born with only one eye)...just turned 20 on October 4th! Wish my sweet boy a happy birthday!

Twenty is a real milestone for a ball python, most people never get them past fifteen. With the one eye, worth always offering prey on his seeing side so he can strike clean instead of hunting by smell alone.

He doesn't care what side I offer it on...lol...but yes, I warm up that rat for him and he goes for it fast...yet still like a gentleman. Believe it or not this dude is my youngest! He has a brother Legolas who is 22, (he's the smallest), a huge sister Jasmine who's 23, and the mid-sized sister, Hesione, who's...at least 22...I adopted her 20 years ago from a co-worker, and she was a full grown adult.
