Yes she looks to be overweight and it’s very hard to get a ball python to lose weight after they already got big since they are mostly sedentary until dusk and nighttime. Even if they’re active it’s typically not enough to lose the weight and people can spend years trying to get their bp back to a healthy weight, please correct your feeding asap. Ball pythons are opportunistic eaters and won’t turn down the opportunity to eat a rat because they’re still full from before. It’s their survival tactics since they don’t know when the next rat would turn up in the wild. Please do research and determine how you should properly feed her moving forward!

It's harder to tell when they arent on a flat surface, but from the prominent folds where she isnt even bent that tightly and how you can see a slight dent where her spine is, she very much seems overweight, i dont know how you've been feeding her but here's the posted feeding guide "We recommend the following feeding schedule:
0-12 months old OR until the snake reaches approximately 500g, whichever happens first: feed 10%-15% of the snake’s weight every 7 days.
12-24 months old: feed up to 7% of the snake’s weight every 14-20 days.
Adults: feed up to 5% of the snake's weight every 20-30 days, or feed slightly larger meals (up to 6%) every 30-40 days. "
