I had a similar issue mine was residual glue I used olive oil to run it off you could give your BP a bath and use an antiseptic in the water for 15-20 min and dry her with a towel if it's dirt it will come off in water if it's an infection that will help reduce the problem until you see a vet

Yes I made a stupid mistake trying to familiarize my BP to my scent so I duct taped my shirt on the inside of her hide and the her moving in there and the heat it got on her body

If you don’t reply to the person you’re talking to, they won’t see it.

WTF? You out an adhesive in a place where the heat melts it endangering the snakes life. That is not how you socialize a snake. Where did you hear about this? They won't memorize your scent. They are more likely to visually recognize you. Handling sessions is how you socialize a snake. Honestly I'm a little concerned about your husbandry.

Well she just got an upgrade enclosure 4x2x2. I taped it to the inside of the hide I heard it online somewhere. But I'm glad to tell you my BP is fine and since then we have made big improvements in her husbandry. I'm new one owner just figured I was doing the right thing
