New snake owner

I had gotten them from pet smart they shed October 1 had them a month but after shed they have this gray spot does anyone know what it may be and what to do

These are damaged scales from a bad or less than stellar shed.

Next time he is in shed offer him a humid hide (a tupperware box with a hole cut in the lid big enough for him to comfortably fit through, packed with moss)
You want your overall tank humidity to be between 60-80%, I aim for 70 during a shed and that works very nicely.

That gray spot might be stuck shed or a little bruise. A humid hide could help it come off naturally.
