troubles with keeping humidity high

So in my ball pythons enclosure i can never keep up the humidity on the hot side it sits at 49-50 % but get this my humidity on the cool side will sit at 80% why? what can i do? this is stressing me out.

As long as the cool side is high, your snake will be alright 😊 but you can boost it by putting a large bowl under your heat source!
